Cooking is something I love to do, partly because I am able to create yummy things, and partly because it helps me relax. Life can be very stressful when you have four kids, two home businesses, and a house to run. Being in the kitchen allows me to be creative and feed my family at the same time. It’s a win-win. Up until now – even though I thought I had – I had never had a truly great frying pan.

Ozeri Green Earth Pan Review {Smooth Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan}

I have gone through several over the years- but looking back on all of them – not one comes even close to being as nice as the Ozeri Green Earth Pan {Smooth Ceramic}. We {I say we, because its my husband’s new favorite also} love this pan. It is truly nonstick and because it is durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum, it heats quickly and evenly.

We use a gas stove to cook with, and we have never had an issue with one spot cooking more than another. It is because the base of the pan has a magnetized induction base for rapid heat transfer.  It also has a heat resistant handle that I can honestly say doesn’t get hot while you are using the pan. While the pan is made out of aluminum, it has a scratch-resistant ceramic coating that makes the whole pan super easy to clean and cook with.

Why is it called a Ozeri Green Earth Pan? The answer is simple. The  ultra-safe ceramic coating inspired by nature which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. Another attribute is that it does not release harmful fumes or toxins at high temperatures, and the aluminum body is not made with any heavy metals or harmful chemicals. This means your food tastes better, and it is better for you and the air around you! We have had this pan for a little over a month and use this pan almost daily. We have had no problems with it cracking, or warping. I had wash it right after we are done using it. I love how easy it is to clean and cook on because of the nice non-stick surface.

    What a beautiful pan! It looks deep, too, which is important to me since I like to cook a lot of one-pan dishes.

    I have been wanting to try a green non-stick pan. Teflon freaks me out. Right now I mainly use a cast iron skillet for most of my cooking.

    This looks like a very nice Ozeri Green Earth pan. I like that it has an ultra-safe ceramic coating inspired by nature which is 100% PTFE and PFOA free. This makes me feel safe when cooking and I know that I will not have to use a lot of oil when cooking my food.
