With the release of Disney-Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur coming up, my kids have been nagging asking me to do a dinosaur craft. We decided to do a fun Handprint Stegosaurus Craft that only took about 15 minutes and satisfied them – until they saw all of the other cool Dinosaur Crafts that I found below…so we will be trying more soon đ
To make these fun Handprint Stegos, you will want to print out the picture below (or draw your own- hold a paper up to the screen and trace)
While they are coloring this, you will want to grab some green (or whatever color works best) cardstock, a piece of white printer paper, and scissors. I traced my kids’ hands on the white paper, and had them color their hands as well as the dinosaur, then we cut the hands and the Dino out. Once everything was colored we glued it together like you see in the picture below. It was a lot of fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. Another great reason I love these kinds of crafts is because it keeps their handprints so I can remember how small they were.
These were a lot of fun and great for any age when you need 20 minutes of free time đ

My son is a huge dinosaur fan and would just flip over this craft and these Dino fizzy eggs! These are perfect for those cold, snowy weekends ahead when he is bored and has nothing to entertain him. Thanks for sharing!
