I’m a huge Iron Man fan. The sarcasm is the best. “Give me a scotch, I’m starving” is the best line.

I have so many scenes I love from all the movies, but I’m going with a scene from Antman (he hasn’t been in the Avengers movies, yet, but is part of the group). It has to be when the giant Thomas the Tank train comes smashing through the wall of the house. My daughter and I laugh about that all the time.

James Sauders says
My favorite scene from the Marvel Super Hero movies is when the Avengers are torn apart during the first Avengers movie and the Agent Colson dies and the way Nick Fury uses that to bring the team together as one. They are forced to act on something bigger than themselves, and become one; I think it is the pinnacle of what being a super hero is about, putting aside all your bull, all your loyalties or feuds, and doing what needs to be done for the greater good. I know in the comic books Captain America dies, and while I hope that doesn’t happen in the movie, I hope that the fallout from this Civil War makes them all, every super hero, take a look at what is most important and pull them together for the battle they will have against Thanos. That story arc, that theme, tells the story of the greatest humanity can be, with or without superheroes.

My favorite scene is the one where the Avengers have Hulk jump on the flying beast and fly on it.

When Iron Man first gets his real suit and begins testing out it’s different features.
Eric B. says
Although I’m firmly Team Cap, i must admit that just about my favorite scene in any Marvel Movie (I don’t include the X Men movies in these, as those are Fox studios productions, not Marvel Studios proper) is the Iron Man MKVII Suit Up scene. Loki, enraged, hurls Tony out of the window of Stark Tower. J.A.R.V.I.S. has been ordered to “skip the spinning rims” and hasten the completion of the much-needed MKVII armor, the MKVI having been all but destroyed during the repair of the Helicarrier. Streaking out of Stark’s machining lab, the MKVII, piloted by J.A.R.V.I.S, homes in on Tony’s bracelets, surreptitiously donned whilst Tony distracted Loki by offering him a drink and explaining to him exactly why he would lose the coming battle. The MKVII catches Tony up mid-fall and ASSEMBLES ITSELF around him, powering up just in time for Tony to hit the thrusters and take flight! I CHEERED in the theater the first time I saw this, barely believing that I was seeing what I was seeing on-screen after a lifetime of Marvel fandom. That’s my favorite scene.
Denise S says
