We received a copy of the movie for review. All opinions are my own.
The first Descendants movie came out in 2015. My girls were so excited to watch it. And watch it they did, many times over. They sang along and enjoyed every minute.
Then in 2017, Descendants 2 came out with even more songs and a great continuation of the storyline. All of my kids loved watching it and the first one again.
When I told them about Descendants 3, they couldn’t wait to see it. Then two weeks ago, Cameron Boyce passed away unexpectedly and it really impacted my kiddos, and I even felt it myself. I have watched him for years and it was a terrible loss for everyone.
Last night, Descendants 3 premiered on The Disney Channel and will be available to own on DVD August 6. You can pre-order your copy here.
About Descendants 3
This highly anticipated Disney Channel Original Movie continues the contemporary saga of good versus evil as the teenage daughters and sons of Disney’s most infamous villains – – Mal, Evie, Carlos and Jay (also known as the villain kids or VKs) — return to the Isle of the Lost to recruit a new batch of villainous offspring to join them at Auradon Prep.
When a barrier breach jeopardizes the safety of Auradon during their departure off of the Isle, Mal resolves to permanently close the barrier, fearing that nemeses Uma and Hades will wreak vengeance on the kingdom. Despite her decision, an unfathomable dark force threatens the people of Auradon, and it’s up to Mal and the VKs to save everyone in their most epic battle yet.
