Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I can’t believe how fast this year has flown by. To help me feel more like we’re actually in November, we have put up our fall/Thanksgiving decor. It’s also great to calm me and help me remember why this holiday is nestled in the middle of Halloween and Christmas. Another thing I love to do with my family is make easy DIY Thanksgiving decor to put around our house, but especially on our Thanksgiving day table to add personality and make it fun for everyone! These easy Thanksgiving DIY decor ideas are budget-friendly, easy to create, and perfect for everyone in the family to help with.
There are several different styles that you could choose to make your DIY Thanksgiving decor, some include nature, personalized, festive, edible, and repurposed.I am going to highlight some ideas for each of these, and I would love to hear what else you do to decorate your table and space for Thanksgiving.
Easy DIY Thanksgiving decor ideas
1. Nature-Inspired Centerpieces
- Use fall foliage, pinecones, and small pumpkins.
- Incorporate candles in mason jars for a rustic feel.

2. Personalized Place Settings
- DIY name tags using kraft paper and twine.
