Cleaning the house is ominous to me. With four kids, two puppies, a cat, and of course husband, it seems like something always “needs to be cleaned up”. Deep cleaning hits even higher on the dread level. I am not fond of scrubbing regardless of how great the outcome is because I just know something will happen (like spilled juice or mud getting tacked in) that will put all my hard work back out to pasture. Regardless of these feelings, I do clean up my house (at least 5 times a day, seriously) lol, and try to deep clean at least once a week. With that being said, there are somethings (like carpet cleaning, window washing, and a few other things that I try to pass on to my husband… đ ).
We have lived in our house for just over four years now, and since that time we have tried everything we could think of to get our tile and grout clean.  It was almost a black color when we moved in, ewwww, and I know it was a pretty light tan when it was first put down. This has been bothering me beyond reason, so when I was contacted by EcoFresh Carpet Care who said they would be happy to help me get my tile/grout looking like new again, I thought “bring it”.
First off, I have to say that EcoFresh Carpet Care has amazing customer service. They were very friendly and were great to work with my busy schedule, finding a date/time that worked for both of us. When they arrived (ON TIME, which is a big deal to me), they displayed that same friendly manner. I was also impressed with how they treated my house. They put on shoe covers before they came in the FIRST time, and they made sure we understood everything they were going to do as well as how long it would take, and what to expect. We had our cat, and three of our kids at home, and this didn’t even phase them.
After moving chairs and rugs, they got started. Using a brush and special cleaner, they hand scrubbed every inch of grout. I was more than a little bit mortified by the color (since it was white when they sprayed it, and after scrubbing it looked like mud). This also meant that the cleaner was working as well as their hard work in scrubbing the floor.
Once they got one area scrubbed, the other worker used a machine (that looks similar to a floor buffer) and it cleaned and lifted and absorbed most of the water. Section by section they worked until they finished up (actually standing on my front porch as they did the last bit of tile inside of my door). This was great! They of course had shoe covers on the whole time. They used a clean rag and dried up the remaining water (which wasn’t much) and made sure that there were no puddles or anything left.
We had an area that was about 1500 sq feet (give or take) and it took them about 1.5 hours to get my house sparkling again. Both of the representatives that came were very personable and the work they did was spectacular!
As the grout dried I couldn’t believe my eyes at the color. It was AMAZING! I mean you could actually see the lighter color that was originally used when they put the tile in. After all these years, I didn’t think that it would ever look clean again, but I am thrilled at the results. I highly recommend that you call EcoFresh Carpet Care for all of your floor/tile/carpet cleaning.

EcoFresh Carpet Care cleaned the tile in my house for free so that I could do this review. This did not affect my opinions and they are 100% my own. I only recommend products or services that I believe will be beneficial to my readers.
