We have been looking forward to National Fetch Day that is coming up on the third Saturday in October. That means on October 19, you can grab your dog, grab your Chuckit! Toys and head out to celebrate National Fetch Day with your puppy.
One of the things I enjoy most about my morning routine is taking my dog Jake out for a walk and playing catch with him. That is another reason that we are looking forward to National Fetch Day. Not only do we get to celebrate the holiday by playing with some of our new toys, but we are excited to head out to a local Fetch Day party.
We got a special Make Fetch Happen package that included Chuckit! Launcher, Ultra Ball and Kick Fetch Ball. Jake is in heaven. We have played with the toys multiple times a day since we got the new toys and the Chuckit! Launcher is not only his favorite but mine. It is so easy to use and saves my back. It allows me to “throw” the ball way further then I could all on my own.
To make the day even more special, we are going to have a family party when all of the kids get home from school. Jake loves to be around his “kids” and so we will spend some time having a family BBQ and playing games in the yard. He loves to play chase and fetch. So it will be a great time for everyone!!
Another thing that we are looking forward to National Fetch Day is getting out and going to a park. Jake loves meeting new friends, so this will be the perfect opportunity to play and have fun. Not only will he be able to enjoy and socialize, but I will too! I love talking to other dog owners and sharing funny stories.

As you can see, Jake is already looking forward to National Fetch Day. We will keep practicing so that we can Make Fetch Happen every day leading up to October 19!
