Lots of playdates and I take them out to local events!
I helped my kids by making sure they felt comfortable about themselves first.
i dont have kids, but if i did i would encourage them to engage in conversations, games, etc. with other kids. i would tell them that they need to be gracious, thoughtful, ask other kids to join them in playtime….
i encourage them to talk more and smile more when we go out, try to be friendly
Having friends that have kids is a good way.
Well, with my grandson, I really don’t have to do that. He will talk to every child he sees at the park when we go so each and every time, he meets a few new friends. We do let him know he has to share with his friends and to be kind to them
I help my kids make friends by encouraging them to be friends with family first. That way it eases my boys into being friends with other children their own age. It works.
