Incredibles 2 Movie Review
We have all waited 14 long years for the sequel to one of the best animated movies ever made – The Incredibles. I went into the movie with high expectations, high hopes and a need to be entertained and drawn into this movie, and from the very start, I was pulled in and I never looked back. The storyline is really great, leaving a lot of room for funny quips, hilarious scenes and a strong connection to audiences of all ages who will watch.
It doesn’t matter if you are 3 or 93, you will love this movie, find humor in the family scenes, conversations, and connect with Bob and Helen as they make this new life work. The kids are in this movie a lot, several parts are focused just on them, and my kids LOVED that. I have seen it twice now, and I have talked to many people about it, and haven’t found one person who didn’t love it as much as I did.
Watch Incredibles before you watch Incredibles 2
Incredibles 2 is a movie that you need to take your family to see. Before you go, make sure you watch the first one. The second movie starts, like, 10 seconds after the first one ends. I will let you know that there is nothing after the credits of Incredibles 2, but there is a cute cartoon sequence after the movie, but before the credits roll that I loved. Go see the movie, then come back and let me know what you thought!
Check out my trip to L.A. for the Incredibles 2 Junket
Disney-Pixar’s Incredibles has been one of my favorite movies for over a decade. I saw it before I even had kids – and now that I have four, we watch it often together and laugh through it all. When I found out that they were making a second one, I honestly couldn’t have been more excited. Then I was invited to go to the Incredibles 2 Event in LA and interview the talent and participate in other fun things like Pixar Fest at Disneyland and a Q&A with Big City Greens creators Chris and Shane Houghton and it just put me over the top!
