Here is a very fun Printable Elf Craft that you can print out and do with your kids, grandkids, and groups. It is so easy yet a lot of fun, and I love seeing all of the different designs that the kids come up with. My older girls are very traditional in their colors but my younger two just love coloring it randomly. You print out the image (linked below) and then let your kids color it, cut it out, and glue it together. You can have them free or glued to a piece of paper.
I think it would be fun to add them to a piece of paper and decorate it with “north pole” additions or make them be in fun places (like where they found their Elf on the Shelf recently).
We printed them out and the kids had a blast coloring them. I let them each cut them out on their own except my 2-year-old. They all did a pretty good job. We just used glue sticks to stick them together.
We used them when we wrote a letter to Santa asking him to send us Elves this year – but it is fun just to make them and hang them around your house!
I hope your kids enjoy this fun Printable Elf Craft as much as mine do every year. It is a great way to get their creativity going, give you a break, and make some fun Christmas decorations. This would also be fun to do for something your Elf on the Shelf can leave for your kids. If you wanted to make a garland, you can print them smaller and connect their hands together. These would even be fun to use to wrap around something like a bottle to give as a gift! I would love to hear what fun ideas you come up with.
You can print out your own Printable Elf on DLTK.
