We are receiving media passes to go to the Lantern Fest in Utah 2018. No other compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
Last year, we were able to go to the Lantern Festival in Utah for the first time. It was a really fun experience for everyone in my family and when the lanterns started to fly into the sky, one of the most magical things we have seen. My kids said that it was of the most favorite things we have ever done (and that is saying a lot) – so if you haven’t been before- you HAVE to get tickets and experience it. If you have been, then you know what I mean, and you probably already have your tickets – so I will see you there 😉

WHAT IS LANTERN FEST in UTAH 2018?
Before sundown, friends and families enjoy food, live music, a stage show, princesses, face painting, s’mores, balloon artists, and more. Then, when the time is just right… We will light the night sky with our highest hopes and fondest dreams.
Here are things you need to know:
- No pets are allowed
- Bring a jacket, blanket, drinks, treats, chairs, and chargers for your phone
- Once you are inside you can enjoy the complimentary bounce houses, live music, and make your s’mores around one of the many fire pits. There are also a lot of food and drink places if you want to buy food there.
- Parking gets crazy – come as early as you can (gates open at 4:30). You will ride a shuttle to the park where the festival takes place. We found it was faster to walk back to the car at the end of the night because of how busy it was. Be prepared for a little bit of a wait to get out. AND a bit of a walk if you come later.
This is a fantastic event that you won’t want to miss out on! Get your Utah Lantern Fest tickets now!

Oh I wished I lived close so we could go see it. It looks so beautiful and to me really relaxing watching all the lanterns floating in the air.
