We received a copy for review. All opinions are my own. I just finished reading The Neverland Inn by K.C. Grant. It is a contemporary clean romance novel set in California. It follows the story of a woman named Sarah Michaels, who runs a bed-and-breakfast inn called The Neverland Inn, and Daniel Cavanaugh, a lucrative estate lawyer. Their paths cross when he goes to handle his late grandmother’s estate business and stays at Sarah’s bed-and-breakfast. (Get your copy here)
Over the course of a few days, Daniel starts to realize that things in his life are not what he wanted, and staying at the Neverland Inn is opening his world up to possibilities he never thought possible. Through Sarah’s positive attitude and friendly outgoing nature, she is able to get through to him and they forge a sweet and unexpected connection. The course of the book is only a couple of weeks, but you connect with the characters, grow with them and feel what they are feeling.
This is also a culinary novel, so you
I love this book, but I love even more that I can read it with my teenage girls. It is a good clean read that makes a great addition to your collection! Get it now (or enter to win a copy below).
Daniel Cavanaugh has it all—a lucrative career as a lawyer, a gorgeous fiancée, and his future mapped out for him. So why is he feeling increasingly dissatisfied with his life? When the assignment to handle his late grandmother’s estate takes him to the California coast, Daniel welcomes the escape. Staying at the nearby bed-and-breakfast isn’t really his style, but he soon realizes the inn may hold the key to the answers he’s been seeking.
Spindrift Cove has few opportunities for a young unmarried woman like Sarah Michaels. Even so, she enjoys her solitude as owner and chef at the Neverland Inn. She thrives on catering to the needs of her guests and treating them to her fantastic cooking. But when Daniel walks through her door, he immediately tests her patience. Though he is handsome and well-bred, she finds him insufferable.
Soon, however, the tranquility of the inn works its magic, and Daniel and Sarah forge a sweet and unexpected connection—until the life he left behind in the city demands his return and it seems that a happily ever after may not be on the menu after all.
We love the book and want to give you a chance to win your own copy!
