This year I am so excited to be taking my family to the West Jordan Independence Day Western Stampede! It is a PRCA Rodeo that “rides into town every Independence Day”. Included with the best pro rodeo action around will be Mutton Bustin’ Challenge (7pm – every night), High flying daredevil motorcycle show, parade (10:30am 7/4), movie in the park (9pm 7/4), and a 30 minute fireworks display (10pm 7/4).

This year’s Western Stampede Rodeo has a stellar line-up of cowboys and cowgirls, including World Champions Hunter Cure, Kaycee Feild, Chad Ferley, Shane Hanchey, Will Lowe, Bobby Mote, and Cash Myers! We are maxed out in all the categories and the caliber of contestants is amazing. In addition to the world champions above, we have a long list of NFR contestants and Utah favorites Rusty Allen, Joe Frost, and brothers Alex, Jake and Jesse Wright. It’s going to be a great show!
This is one event that you won’t want to miss so get your family together and head on over to the West Jordan Western Stampede on July 2, 3 and 4. You can get tickets on www.westernstampede.com. Be sure to get there early so you can see the Mutton Bustin’ Challenge each night at 7pm – then the PRCA Western Stampede Rodeo starts at 7:30pm.
